As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Class and NowInfinity wanted to take a moment to share how we are responding to these challenging and unprecedented times.

 

We understand that simplicity, connectivity and automation have never been as important as they are now and we stand by our commitment to deliver the level of service excellence our customers have come to rely on.

 

Class and NowInfinity remain fully operational 

We remain open for business and we are focused on supporting our customers and partners as they work through their own business challenges. 

 

We want to assure you of our continued delivery of our platform and services. It is important that the business community continues to work for their clients as we all adapt to the changing working landscape. 

 

Our teams remain focused

Our leadership team meets daily to determine what decisions need to be made to continue to deliver our services to our customers. The team examines the unfolding scenario through many lenses including business capability, the most recent health updates, support for our teams, and future planning. 

 

We stand by our commitment to delivering quality customer experiences while looking after the wellbeing of our staff. As such, we have been closely monitoring the advice of the government and health officials. Based on this advice, we will now be implementing remote working arrangements for all staff, effective Monday 23 March. Rest assured, we have prepared for this scenario and our services and support will remain uninterrupted. 

 

As a leading technology business, we utilise many of the benefits that technology provides, including the ability to work remotely, and in recent weeks have been working to ensure our business continuity is unaffected as we introduce strategies to keep our teams safe. As our platforms are cloud-based, they are ‘always on’.

We encourage you to contact our support teams if there are issues you need assistance with throughout the coming weeks. We have a full suite of support channels open including our phone support, online support, and live chat services. 

 

Changes to travel and events 

Naturally, given the current environment, we are implementing these changes to keep our team as safe as possible. We made the decision to postpone our Class Connect conference and will communicate future plans for the event when we are in a position to do so. 

 

Ongoing communication 

In the coming weeks, we will continue to communicate around this evolving issue and how we can assist. We will also keep you informed as our business and events strategies change with a situation that continues to develop.
